Behance doesn't publish rules for its URLs. One guide says 3 to 40 letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens; our checker accepts 3 to 20 letters, numbers and underscores.

How do you create a Behance account?

  1. Check the name above, with the .com and Instagram.
  2. On behance.net, sign up with email, or with Apple, Facebook or Google. This creates your Adobe account.
  3. Fill in your name, email and a few basic details. Behance generates a username from your name.
  4. Verify your account from the email Adobe sends you.
  5. To claim your name, open Settings, then Account Information, edit your Behance URL and click Apply.[1, 2, 3]
