Terms of Use
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Zero To 1000 at zero-to-1000.com. The service is run by Lee Parry, an individual ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Zero To 1000 does
Zero To 1000 helps you find or create a brand name and checks whether it's free as a domain and on the platforms you pick. It is free to use. We don't sell domains, handles or trademarks: when you decide to take a name, you register it yourself with the registrar or platform, under their terms, and any fees are paid to them, not to us.
Results are guidance, not a guarantee
- Our checks are automated and use public sources that can be incomplete, slow to update or temporarily unavailable. A name can be taken between our check and your attempt to register it.
- "Looks free" means our checks found no one using the name but the platform doesn't let us confirm it; you'll only know for sure when you try to sign up.
- Our trademark checks look for exact, live marks in a few registers. They are not a trademark clearance search and are not legal advice. Before you invest in a name, get advice from a qualified trademark professional.
- Scores, rivals, meanings and name ideas are suggestions to help you decide. Check anything important for yourself.
Names we suggest
You're free to use any name we suggest. We don't claim any rights in suggested names, and we can't promise a suggestion is unique: other people may see the same or similar ideas. Domains and handles usually go to whoever registers them first. Trademark rights can also come from using a name, so check before you invest in it.
Fair use
To keep the service free and fast for everyone, you agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to run searches or collect results, or try to get round our usage limits;
- interfere with or try to break the security or running of the service;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to plan names meant to impersonate or mislead people about another brand.
We may limit, suspend or block access that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.
Tokens
Searches use tokens. Everyone gets free tokens each day, and more for signing in, sharing their link or gifting a friend, as the site describes. Tokens have no cash value, and you can't buy, sell or swap them, except by sending a gift link. Earned tokens expire after the time the site shows. We may change how many tokens things cost or give, or stop offering tokens. We may remove tokens gained by breaking these terms, for example with fake accounts, sending gifts to yourself or automated sharing.
Signing in
Signing in with Google, where available, is optional and only used to keep your wish list and tokens across devices. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, and you can delete your account at any time from Account, then Delete my account.
Links to other sites
We link to registrars, platforms and other websites so you can register names. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices or terms.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop the service, or any part of it, at any time. Because it is free, we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but otherwise "as is". As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on results, such as a name turning out to be taken or to conflict with someone else's rights, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you and can also bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
