What can a Telegram username contain?

Letters a to z, numbers and underscores, 5 to 32 characters. Capitals don't count.

A bot's username follows the same rules and must end in "bot", such as tetris_bot.^{[1, 2, 6]}

Basic usernames are first come, first served, and Telegram can take back names nobody uses.
