What are the rules for a Viber business name?
Up to 30 characters, and Viber says at least three makes you easier to find.

Viber doesn't publish character rules for business names or for a bot's address. A bot's display name can be up to 75 characters.[1, 4]
How do you open a Viber business account?
Open it in the Viber app on your phone; it costs nothing.
How do you get a Viber chatbot?
Apply through one of Viber's verified official partners, or contact Viber's team directly. Since 5 February 2024, each new bot costs €100 a month, plus each message the bot starts.
Viber reviews the application, and you sign a contract before the bot goes live.[3, 4]
What should you know before opening a Viber business account?
A Viber business account belongs to one country and one phone.
